Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

100-Day Risk Free Trial

You may request a return within 100 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must have been purchased directly from Moto Glow Up.

• Proof of purchase or your original order number must be provided.

• The product must not be intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.

• Return authorization must be obtained from Moto Glow Up before returning the item.

Because our products are intended to be used, reasonable use during the 100 day trial period does not affect your eligibility for a return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloadable content

• VIP Membership fees that have already been billed

• Customized or personalized products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Products intentionally damaged, modified, or misused

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

• Photos of the product if applicable

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the packaging

After review, we may provide:

• A replacement product

• Store credit

• A full or partial refund

• Another appropriate resolution

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product arrived damaged

• The product was defective

• An incorrect item was received due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Moto Glow Up is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable handling fees. These amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund.

VIP Membership Refunds

Moto Glow Up offers a VIP Membership billed every 28 days.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team. Billing concerns are reviewed on a case by case basis.

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order or membership, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.
